    Roles and responsibilities:
  • Support Manager of Partnerships and Revenue in pre-, during, and post-sales stages.
  • Engage, nurture, and build relationships with clients.
  • Help the team keep track of the department’s KPIs.
  • Prepare pipeline status reports to higher management.
  • Keep track of financial documents and clients’ payment status.
  • Help ensure department’s audit compliance.

    The ideal candidate is:
  • A great listener that is able to distil key information from verbal discussions and translate that into working documents eg. business proposals.
  • A nifty administrator with an eye for detail, especially when it comes to numbers and figures.
  • An excellent communicator both in written and spoken English.
  • A team player who is committed to helping the team succeed.
  • An independent worker that is able to contribute towards process improvements while maintaining a global view of the department’s needs.
  • A Design Thinker at heart – approaches challenges from a user-centric perspective and takes on a willingness to prototype and test ideas.
    We're looking for someone with the following experience:
  • Attended or delivered Design Thinking/User-Centred Design programme(s).
  • Preferably, a background in Education (minimum 2 years of work experience).

    Roles and responsibilities:
  • Come up with compelling programme ideas and curate content to better address the needs of the market and our client base.
  • Develop programme tools, techniques, and materials to serve the programme’s learning objectives.
  • Develop educational sessions including but not limited to teasers, warm-ups, talks, and ideation sessions for special events, appearances, etc. that serve its learning objectives.
  • Develop learning solutions such as instructional materials, templates, and reference notes.
  • Prototype and test content to ensure the quality and functionality of supporting materials.
  • Consolidate needs, observations, and feedback from various reports and departments to zone in on actionable directions for improvement or problem-solving.
  • Work with others to gather, analyse, and organise information that can be designed and developed into learning content.
